I have found a new company called Weeks Roses to get roses from and I am very excited about them. They have every kind and variety I could ask for, so if the quality is there this is going to be a winner. It is their main product so I am thinking they are excellent of they would never have made it and they have been around for a long time.
Just a little information about roses, Hybrid Teas are the ones with the perfect blooms that curl around the center of the bud, they are the fussiest, need fertilized regularly, pruned in the spring and are more prone to disease. Grandiflora have grand (large) blooms and not quite as many per plant. Very beautiful, not as fussy as Hybrid Teas. Floribunda, have an abundance of blooms, though no quite a large as the Grandiflora and Teas the plant will have many many blooms. Not as fussy as Hybrid Teas. Shrub roses are the hardiest of all. The blooms are smaller but there is an abundance of them. They are tough as any other shrub and bloom like nothing else.
